Do your cookies contain nuts?

We do not use nuts in our decorated cookies, however we do use Peanut Butter in some of our gourmet cookies and do NOT recommend anyone with food allergies eat our cookies.

How long will my cookies retain their quality and freshness?

It is recommended that you eat your cookies within two weeks of receiving them.

Can I freeze my cookies?

Yes you may freeze your cookies for up to six months and they will taste as good as the day we baked them when you defrost them.

Can I make any changes to the products listed on your web site?

Yes, you may contact our customer service team members for any customization to your order you desire. You will be charged a customization fee based on the amount of changes you require.

Are any of your products sugar-free?

No, at this time we do not offer any sugar-free products.

What if I am not satisfied with my cookies?

The Corso's Cookies Crew work very hard to ensure that our products taste as good as they look and are packaged to arrive safe and sound to their final destination. We are confident our products and services will exceed your expectations, if you are not totally satisfied, we want to know about it and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied. Who do you use as a shipping carrier?

Corso's Cookies ships all of our packages via UPS.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, unfortunately we cannot ship outside the United States.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but unfortunately we cannot ship to Puerto Rico.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Hospitals? Schools?

Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Boxes. UPS requires a street address. We also cannot ship to hospitals or schools.

Which days do you ship and deliver?

Corso's Cookies is open Monday through Friday and ships on each of those days unless it is a holiday. UPS delivers on Monday through Friday unless it is a holiday. You can arrange for Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

What are “business days?”

Business days are Monday through Friday.

What time of day will my package arrive?

UPS delivers from 9:00AM until 7:00PM. UPS typically delivers to businesses first then to residential addresses. We are able to offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

How do I track my package?

Once your cookies have shipped out you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Use the tracking number at www.ups.com to watch the progress of your package from our ovens to your door ! If you do not have access to the internet give us a call - have your order number ready and we will track your package for you! Phone: 866-476-0213

Will my cookies break during shipping?

The Corso's Cookie Crew takes enormous pride in seeing your cookies delivered safely. We wrap each cookie individually before it is assembled into a bouquet or a gift basket. Each bouquet is than protected with bubble wrap before we shrink wrap it again, then packaged in peanuts for delivery.
